My house runs out of a closet A Proxmox box, a k3s cluster, a Cloudflare tunnel, and local models for when the API credits run dry. No change window and no one else on call — things break at 11pm and I fix them anyway. Best ops instincts I have came from that closet.
Florida now, Dallas by December Trading humidity for square footage and a housing plan I can actually run the numbers on. Everything I own is already portable; the homelab was the hard part.
