About Me

Right now: a $250K agentic platform I own it end to end at Royal Caribbean — one governed place for every ops team in the IT org to run agent automation, instead of ten teams each inventing their own. Bedrock AgentCore on top, Terraform and Sentinel underneath.
Shipped a commercial game before I shipped infra I led five people to release a Unity title with ad monetization. Since then the same automate-it instinct has eaten my calendar, my job search, my grocery list, and an unreasonable amount of my homelab.
Bought a $4,000 AI box, did the math, returned it I wanted local inference, so I benchmarked a 70B on it at ~40 tokens/sec and found it memory-bandwidth-bound long before compute-bound. Managed inference won on math, not vibes — so the box went back.
